What do you do for a distraction?

With all the chaos going on in the world, especially in America, Mac and I find it important to distract ourselves from the constant barrage of bad news and negativity. To do this, I like to immerse myself in activities that bring me joy and peace. Mac has a love of driving his Mustang, watching baseball, and participating in fantasy sports. I find it helps to watch comedy. It can be as simple as Family Guy, American Dad, or Rick and Morty. Writing and spending time with family is another. What is yours?
