Holding people without bail is a controversial practice that has been criticized for being unjust and unfair. When individuals are held in detention without the opportunity to post bail, they are deprived of their freedom for an extended period of time, even if they have not been convicted of a crime. Holding people without bail also violates the principle of innocent until proven guilty, as it can be seen as punishing individuals before they have had a fair trial. This practice is currently being used against American citizens that were involved in the January 6th trespass into the Capitol.

It is clear that January 6th was not an “insurrection” as many in politics and liberal media have suggested. There are indeed people who are guilty of grievous crimes like the destruction of property and assault. If it happened in a bar on a Saturday night it would be over by the next day. Since it happened in the United States Capitol it is taking years. Ridiculous. We discuss this with Joe Episcopo.
